From America’s birth in 1776, the country was run by the government of people for about 85 years until invaders created a fake Civil war in 1861 to throw the people off their path, and then, the invaders secretly took over our capitol in Philadelphia. This was confirmed in family diaries and journals from that era.
In 1862, Abraham Lincoln created an “Incorporated Congress” in which they changed the meaning of the word “person” to mean “corporation“. (37th Congress, Second Session, Chapter 49, Section 68).
The Law team found that many court case sources were moved or missing from our American “government” Law libraries, and some were renamed. This was because there are those who don’t want the people to know of the fraud enslaving them. Anna refers to the missing files as… “The rats are moving the cheese.”
The Law team looked into Law libraries in other countries to find that those same and similar documents were not tampered with, and therefore, much of the fraud schemes were confirmed from those sources.
Anna began informing the public of the research findings with her first published article in July 2014.
The researchers found that Birth Certificates have been misidentifying each new born baby as a “person” (a corporation) where they are then subject to 80 million codes and statutes in a foreign jurisdiction.
On February 21, 2018 (Article 865.), Anna and the Federation provided the first paperwork for anyone to reclaim their name, but the fully complete package of forms came on Apr 9, 2018 with the article 928. Basic Package of Editable Forms which we still use.
Each document walks us back out of the incorporation entity fraud until we are fully back on land and soil. The last document, The Paramount Claim, affirms you as the sole owner of your DNA spark of life that created you. No one can ever claim beyond that. Nowhere in history has this ever been done before.
This most important Paramount Claim came from our researcher Kurt Kallenbach who found that in the foreign Roman Curia “laws”, they were “claiming” to own our Living Soul, also referred to as LS. This was done with the Baptismal certificate, while the birth certificate made us to be “persons” in the British corporation.
And of course, none of this trickery was ever told to your parents, and was not made public.
When we claim our DNA, we are first in line to our claim of who we are, which supercedes and wipes out any other claim, like the fake birth certificate, baptismal certificate, U.S. citizen (British jurisdiction) or US citizen (air jurisdiction).
“US Citizens” are Federal Employees, or Dependents, by the Roman Empire’s definition.
Here’s just one source of proof from a court case speaking of the British Empire definition…
“The U.S. citizens [citizens of the District of Columbia] residing in one of the state of the union are classified as property and franchises of the federal government as an “individual entity”.
Wheeling Steel Corporation v. Fox, 298 U.S. 193, 80 L. Ed. 1143, 56 S.Ct. 773.”
In early 2020, the Federation called to the people, who had corrected their status, to “stand up” their state assemblies, just like it was done before 1861. At that time, only 37 states were nation states that had been ratified by the people… the actual government. Abe Lincoln’s Congress had no delegated powers from the people to do anything about the remaining 13 territories, even though they “acted” like they had powers.
The way our Land and soil Law works is that we the people must ratify (approve) a territory to become a nation state.
In October of 2020, the people of the original 37 states were called to do a vote on whether to ratify the remaining 13 territories into the states of the union, or not. And of course, it was unanimous, and we now have all 50 states Lawfully ratified by the living people government for the first time in history.
