Now that you know about naming “styles,” we can look at the intent of the Birth Certificate which has crept its way into America starting in the 1860’s, and then took root in the 1920’s.
Before the Birth Certificate existed, parents would “record” the event and details of their born baby in the family bible. There used to be a family record section in the front of the Geneva Bible to record the born day of the baby.
Note that the Birth Certificate is a “certificate,” and not an actual record of a living born child. The Birth Certificate is a bond that “attempts” to change the status of a newborn American to a foreign “person” of either a U.S. citizen or US citizen. This unlawful conversion of your name and status is simply a lie, which is fraud in so many ways.
Maxim of Law states: “Fraud vitiates everything it touches from the beginning.“
Here is a court case that describes what the Birth Certificate tries to turn us into…
“The U.S. citizens [citizens of the District of Columbia] residing in one of the states of the union are classified as property and franchises of the federal government as an “individual entity.” Wheeling Steel Corporation v. Fox, 298 U.S. 193, 80 L. Ed. 1143, 56 S.Ct. 773.”
The 37th Territorial U.S. Congress, Second Session, Chapter 49, Section 68, declared that for purposes of their administration, the word “person” shall mean “corporation.”
You should also know that added titles such as “Mister,” “Mr.” or “Missus” or “Miss” are all terms used to address British servants and British military personnel (entities under corporations).
We each have been converted from our natural born status into a corporation foreign status (Matrix), done so in secret, which was never revealed to our parents, and of course, we were too young to object.
We have all been deceived by evil persons who created the deceitful Birth Certificate to siphon off our estate and assets. History is full of evil parasites doing this type of crimes for centuries, and the Birth Certificate is their modern way of avoiding a war by using hidden lies to then fool us into being their servants and slaves.
Like the movie, we have been living in the Matrix that others have set as a trap for us to be born into.
Nature is unincorporated and actual. Nature is a living being with living people as caretakers of Nature.
Those things that are creations of the mind are corporations, contracts, commerce, constitutions, credits, certificates, currency, etc. which includes “persons,” also known as “dead entities.” None of what they create is living because it is all creations of the mind.
Anna Von Reitz says: “Your Birth Certificate does not positively identify you, and it does not function as a valid recording of your Common Law copyright to your own Name and Estate.”
Look at the red number at the bottom on either the front or back.
The red number is a bond number that “registers” you whereas a foreign corporation (either British or Roman) has taken your rightful estate, assets and credits that will be used without your knowledge, and you are then left to fend for yourself through life while these corporate parasites steal from you daily.
This is a centuries old evil trick of dumbing people down so they don’t know why they are being coerced to live under the rules of corporate governments.
The Birth Certificate is proof and evidence of major crimes of misidentification and nondisclosure.
