The book “The Chicago Manual of Style” is a guide of grammar and naming styles so that there is consistency in the writings of authors, editors, indexers, copywriters, proofreaders, publishers, banks, corporations, colleges, universities, lawyers, judges, courts, police, military, governments, etc.

This manual began in 1891, and is presently on its 18th printing as of 2024.

[history of the manual]

“Glossa” is the written language of American Sign Language.  When words are to be finger spelled, they are written on paper with dashes between the letters, such as J-O-H-N, C-A-T, T-R-E-E.

But, there is no definition for the use of all CAP names in any manual…therefore, it’s fraud.

It does not correspond with proper written English.

Courts have used Glossa CAPS (without dashes) to misidentify people as slaves for many decades as do banks, credit unions, utility and telephone companies, Social Security, Medicare, etc.

The use of Glossa or “DOG-LATIN” is not rooted in or derived from any jurisdiction.

Justice Anna Von Reitz – “There is no jurisdiction between two separate languages appearing on one document.

Black’s Law Dictionary 4th Edition says that “DOG-LATIN” is the language of the illiterate,” therefore, when all CAP names appear on a court document, there is no jurisdiction, and it is fraud.

Whether it’s corporate governments or courts and lawyers, they play their monopoly game of deception with hidden rules in their favor to win at your expense.

In the link below is a book where you can see more proof of the misuse of naming conventions.
