The Michigan Assembly

Public Service Announcement and Notice

Posted November 14, 2024

There have been many reports from various sources regarding the possibility of FEMA coming onto Michigan for the purposes of staging for a potential disaster. Most of the reports are single-sourced and therefore unconfirmed.

Here are some links to these reports, as well as the counter-narrative:

Updates to the FEMA story since original posing:

Also, there is controversy about clean water and PFAS at the Wurtsmith AFB:

There is a lot of speculation about what could possibly be happening, but without facts or evidence we just don’t know. So what to do? The following are suggestions. Each man and woman on Michigan is a free sovereign and has the right to self-determination.

  • Don’t panic. We operate in love, without fear. Love is a decision.
  • Remain at peace and fly your peace flag. We are owed the Law of Peace.
  • Get to know your neighbors to develop relationships and a community plan.
  • Have an extra supply of water on hand and/or know where fresh springs are in your area. Remember proper vessels for storage.
  • Remove political signs and do not attend any political rallies leading up to inauguration day.
  • Become an investigative journalist. Spread the word about what you find. Start your own blog to report it. If you have first-hand reports, we whole-heartedly support your first amendment right to freedom of speech and of the press.
  • If you would rather not make your reports known as listed above, you can use the Catastrophic Emergency Response Request form on our website, which has a section you can use to report what is happening. Direct URL to this page is: https://mymichiganassembly.land/emergency-contact/

As with any situation like this, The Michigan Assembly, the only lawful State Assembly, summoned to assemble by The Federation of States, must remain vigilant. There are bad actors out there who either a) Want to stop our mission to fully stand up our lawful government and common law courts, or b) Want to take up arms against the defacto.

Therefore, let it be known:

  • The Michigan Assembly is a peaceable and peaceful civilian assembly of the people living on an American State of the Union.
  • Contained within The Michigan Assembly is a peaceful civilian Assembly Militia, standing under the authority of The Michigan Assembly’s General Assembly. A militia cannot be independent.
  • The Michigan Assembly and its Assembly Militia does not prep for battles. It does not store up weapons.
  • We maintain and regulate our Assembly Militia for the safety and benefit of our people. Our peaceful Militia is not an “offensive” force and is not a paramilitary organization. We are peaceful non-combatants.
  • From Anna Von Reitz: “The primary duty of our Assembly Militia is to protect our people and their assets. Period. Whether the issue is a gang of robbers or a wildfire or a foreign incursion the mission of our Assembly Militia is peaceable and defensive and does NOT include offensive planning or warring against anybody. Is that clear? “
  • The Michigan Assembly and its Assembly Militia is NOT in any way affiliated, associated with any other organization, entity or group calling itself a militia, including, but not limited to the following:
  • The Base
  • Boogaloo Boys or Boogaloo Bois
  • Great Lakes Active Club
  • Michigan Home Guard
  • Michigan Militia
  • Oath Keepers
  • Patriot Front
  • Proud Boys
  • Three Percenters
  • Wolverine Watchmen

Any attempt to connect us to any of the above groups or accuse us of violence in any way stands rebutted. Stated again, The Michigan Assembly and its Assembly Militia, is peaceful and peaceable.

  • American State Nationals and American State Citizens, who make up The Michigan Assembly, do not vote in the straw polls made to look like public elections. We have no dog in the fight. And therefore we have absolutely no motive to be concerned about which political party or candidates won their corporate elections, let alone do anything that would not be considered peaceful about it. Any accusation to the contrary stands rebutted.
  • The Michigan Assembly is not in any way associated with other “assemblies” acting in Michigan, including, but not limited to:
  • The Michigan Assembly has one official website: https://mymichiganassembly.land. Any others you find are either pretending to be us or are something else entirely.

Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal. Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent.

The Michigan Assembly has one purpose: To protect the people and their assets.

The Michigan Assembly has one mission: To peacefully stand up our Lawful government including opening our common law courts.

The mission is the means to fulfill the purpose.

We will not fail. It shall be. So it is.

Welcome to the Land and Soil
