Are you ready to join The Michigan Assembly? You are if you can answer “Yes” to the following four questions…

New Member Orientation Readiness
1. Have you corrected your political status to American State National using paperwork approved by TASA (The American States Assemblies)?
Why? Only Americans can populate The American State Assemblies, which are part of The Federation of States.
2. Are you 21 years of age or older?
Why? This is the age when one is considered an adult on the land and soil.
3. Have you been living within the physical borders of Michigan for at least the last year and a day?
Why? Lawfully, this is the length of time it takes to establish a domicile and one must be domiciled on a state in order to be part of a state assembly. Also, it takes at least a year to acclimate to a new nation and culture.
4. Do you have at least the following minimum documents published on the LRO (Land Recording Office)?
  • 1779 Declaration
  • Two (2) Witness Testimonies
  • Military Severance Letter (only if you were in the military)
  • Declaration of Political Status
  • Letter to cancel/prevent Voter Registration (including proof of delivery)
Why? The LRO is the public record The Michigan Assembly uses. This, along with printed records held by our Records Committee is proof of our population.
Full disclosure: In order to participate in the assembly you must be able to honestly answer “Yes” to all of the questions. If you answered “No” to any question, you aren’t quite ready to participate, but you know the gaps that need filling. Once you are fully ready and can answer “Yes” to all the questions, go ahead and press the Submit button so we can get you the information about our upcoming Orientation classes!
