Under the 6 inches of our surface soil (apple skin) is the Land jurisdiction (apple flesh) which connects and touches all other States and Countries from inside of our Earth.
With the Counties protected within their State border, they had no interface to Land jurisdiction.

Each State border is International on purpose to “isolate” our country’s National Soil Jurisdiction within so that foreign interests could not invade and pick off individual Counties one-by-one.
The Counties needed to interact internationally, therefore, to interface with International jurisdictions, a safe portal was created by the people of the Union States on September 9, 1776 called the “State of the Union”.
The name means, “State belonging to the Union” in the sense of ownership by the people.
The State of the Union is the first working “hand” that holds the International Land jurisdiction.
It became the instrumentality of the people’s voice acting as an interface with the outside world in international affairs over all matters of International jurisdictions (Land, Air, Water).
With these two separate levels of government in place — State and County — Land and soil jurisdictions, the power of the people were protected at the County level.
Our people, including the Native Indian Nations of America, are the only ones who have proper standing to make a claim as living inheritors. We must each have the correct status documents with our unique thumbprint as proof that we are alive, and not a corporation.
Summary:
1 – Counties combined are a “Union State” = soil Jurisdiction.
2 – States combined = dba “The United States” = National Soil Jurisdiction.
3 – State of the Union = International Land Jurisdiction.
4 – State of the Union created the Federation = dba The United States of America.
The word “Law” is an acronym where each letter refers to one of the 3 jurisdictions of our physical planet.
L = Land and soil jurisdiction – the Living people and nature… which can never be incorporated.
a = air jurisdiction – postal system, and anything created of the mind such as contracts and corporations, etc.
w = water or sea jurisdiction – both sea and fresh inland waterways in admiralty and maritime corporations.
