Ready to join us?

You’ve learned about The Michigan Assembly, what it is, how it functions. Ready to volunteer your time and talents to bring our lawful government into reality?

It seems in recent years to many of us that the world has fallen apart. Something our coordinator says (just see the bottom of her emails) is, “I will not be one to have to tell my children I did nothing when the world fell apart.” Join us as we make history and change the world for our children and grandchildren.

There are just a few requirements (see below). We have endeavored to keep the assembly open to all. At the same time we recognize we cannot serve two masters, so we must try to ensure that each one coming in is operating solidly in the Land Jurisdiction.

Once you are confident you meet the requirements below, just click the button to sign up for an upcoming Orientation Class.

Requirements

We whittled down the requirements to what we consider the bare minimum. If you desire to hold a position within The Michigan Assembly, then eventually you would have to be vetted and possibly do some other paperwork, but to come into the assembly and join committees and assist in the work, all you need to do is the following…

  1. Correct your status with the minimum documents Anna Von Reitz always talks about (1779, Two Witness Testimonies, birth certificate or other document proving your eligibility). We use the Land Recording Office (LRO) for our public record.
Note: If you were previously in the military, one other document is required…the Military Severance letter.

  2. Publish on the public record (the LRO) your Declaration of Political Status (DoPS)
Use our Document Generator to do one if you haven’t already!
Note: The DoPS is meant to be mailed, along with a letter, to the U.S. and State Secretaries of State. This is highly recommended as well, but is not required to volunteer in The Michigan Assembly.

  3. Publish the Voter Revocation letter and proof of delivery to the LRO. This letter removes your name from, or prevents your name from being added to, the corporate “government” voter roles. We cannot participate in two jurisdictions at the same time. This is how we show we are not serving two masters.
Use our Document Generator to get this if you haven’t already! (Choose Letters Package)
Note: The Letters Package contains other letters as well. Two are for the DoPS (from #2 above), two others are for the IRS, one is for veterans only. The rest of the letters are recommended, but the only one that is required to volunteer in The Michigan Assembly is the Voter Revocation letter.

  4. Attend a New Member Orientation class. Once you have completed the above three steps, you are ready to join! Use the Contact Us form to let us know you are ready to attend Orientation. We will get you going!

That’s it! We sincerely hope you join us in this effort. Many hands make light work, and we will get this job done faster.

Thank you!
