Hello and Welcome!
We are The Michigan Assembly.
During the summer of 2020, the American Federation called upon each state to stand up their assemblies, which can only be accomplished by people who have claimed, corrected and recorded their American status.
Only then can those actual American people begin the work and responsibility of self governance.
Yes, the people are the government…and we have proof that it has always been true…and now we’re back!!!
The American Federation
In America, the States are joined together in a Union called a “Federation.” The Federation is also unincorporated and is called “The United States of America.” It was founded September 9, 1776.
The Federation is like a bank that holds all the delegated powers of the States.
The Federation is not the Federal Government.
The Federation is an instrumentality of the States of the Union combined, whereas, the Federal Government is named after The Federation.
The Federation, who is the Principal holding those Powers, is thus the Delegator of all Delegated Powers of the Federal Government, and the actual Employer of the Federal Subcontractors that make up the Federal Government.
The Federal Constitutions are thus power-sharing agreements between the Federation and the Federal Subcontractors. When any of the Federal Subcontractors are unable to perform or cease to function, the Delegated Powers they exercised revert automatically to the Delegator of those Powers (the Principal).
Quick History
Our assemblies were interrupted back in 1861 by the Civil war which was a mercenary conflict created by both British and Roman corporations with the intent to steal our country for monetary and material gain.
Only the American people can ratify a state into the Union (ratify – meaning, voted upon by the people who are the lawful government). After 1860, there were 16 territories that had not received statehood, until recently.
Once the first fully ratified 33 states (from before 1860) were assembled, those American people voted unanimously to give the 16 territories statehood, and become part of the American union.
We now have 50 actual states as of October 2020 for the first time ever.
The Fraud
How did our county get taken over as a result of the Civil mercenary “war”?
Not by bullets or bombs, but by lies and deception…a crime game using word and letter styles.
Your birth certificate is the first proof of fraud which placed you in a foreign status as a U.S. Citizen, which is a British Territorial corporate servant, or a US Citizen which is a Roman Municipal corporate slave.
Notice the style difference… it’s on purpose, each with a different meaning that is not disclosed to the parents.
About Status
Originally, the Declaration of Independence is what gave us our status, and back then, our birth was “recorded” by being published in the newspaper (not registered), or in the family Bible.
Your status would then be called an “American State National,” not a U.S. Citizen or US Citizen.
Each American nation state was being governed by the people. This is historic fact.
The people were themselves the government, and were free of any “authority” over them.
No separate government was involved…only the American people made decisions for themselves.
This had never been done before. They proved that it was a better system than being a servant or a slave.
Here is a court case that is proof that we were trafficked into the wrong status:
“The U.S. citizens [citizens of the District of Columbia] residing in one of the states of the union are classified as property and franchises of the federal government as an “individual entity”. Wheeling Steel Corporation v. Fox, 298 U.S. 193, 80 L. Ed. 1143, 56 S.Ct. 773.”
Changing Your Status
When someone of foreign status wants to become an American they go through a paper process.
In this case, you first rebutt the false status claims of the birth certificate, and then you finish the paper work to record your status as 100% American.
We in The Michigan Assembly stand ready to provide the forms and guidance to anyone who chooses to rebut and correct the complex false identity status to that of a 100% American, which is your true born status.
Self Governing
Self governing means that you are responsible for how you conduct yourself at all times.
Along with your rights is this most important law… “do no harm” …(which does not apply to mosquitoes).
Being free means you are responsible for all your decisions, thoughts and intentions. We are free to pursue our interests as long as it is not done at the expense of others or of nature, and to respect everyone’s right to self govern. It will take time, study and practice for you to acclimate to this natural way of living. Live free…responsibly. Your rights end where my rights begin; my rights end where your rights begin.
As living people, being responsible is a valuable discipline and talent. It is another thing that has been indoctrinated out of us. Many of us are not used to taking responsibility for ourselves. We pass the buck. There’s always an excuse. If he/she didn’t do that, I wouldn’t have had to do what I did. They made me angry, so it’s their fault. All these are ways we avoid taking responsibility. But as living men and women, we are always responsible for what we do, even when others act badly.
When things go wrong, we have been taught to avoid confrontation. Some of us get anxious even talking on the phone to order a pizza (isn’t there an app for that?)! Instead of talking to one another and working things out, we shoot nasty text messages, or email blast a bunch of people. Or we sue them. Self governing means we are learning how to interact with one another again, even when it gets difficult or uncomfortable. You can do it!
You may know that the word live spelled backwards is evil. That can’t be a coincidence. Learning to self govern sometimes means learning to do the opposite of what we were taught.
We say a big, fat NO to evil. We say YES to life.
We are learning how to act in honor at all times. Life is more fun that way…and restful.
