American State Nationals
American State Nationals are the living American “people” who are the only true government.
Anyone born on American soil is naturally an American State National. Your nationality is based on the State you were born on, for example… Michiganian, Ohioan, Wisconsinite, Texan, Californian, Floridian, etc.
The term “American National” refers to all state nationals collectively even though your nationality derives from where you were born. If you were born on another country, you can become an American by adopting an American ”State” which would become your American nationality.
As an American you don’t need to have a “birth certificate”, which is a paper document that puts you in a foreign status and jurisdiction without you knowing it (that’s a discussion for another time).
The correct method is that we “record” the details of the “born” child, keeping their nationality intact.
Our American forefathers defined the soil (national) as the top six inches that is on top of the Land (international), the underlying mass connecting every State and every country on Earth from within.
American State Citizen
Any American State National (people) can choose to become an American State Citizen.
This simply means that the certain living people of our Union States are choosing the capacity as a Lawful Persons to do the work in the international jurisdiction of the Land.
The State Citizen are known as the “People”, while State Nationals remain as “people”.
The State Citizen volunteers to take on the role of service to the people.
The State Citizen can choose to go back to the status of being a State National at any time.
The State Citizen performs in international Land jurisdictions, whereas a State National (soil) cannot.

The State Citizen has an allegiance to their State of the Union, and accept the job of running it.
The State Citizen reports to the people so they can vote on matters that pertain internationally.
