The General Assembly consists of everyone in The Michigan Assembly and is a Committee of the Whole, which means that any committee or sub-assembly function remains as part of the Whole” Again, like a band whereas the other instruments function separately, yet, in harmony with the Whole“
There are three other pillars of the state assembly: The Jural Assembly, Assembly Militia, and International Business Assembly are each technically sub-assemblies of the General Assembly? Why? Because the General Assembly is where ALL the people are! And government answers to the people, not the other way around.
- There are no “positions of authority” in our State Assembly.
- Our Coordinator sees to it that Assembly members are properly declared and recorded as Americans who then work to get our four pillars up and working. See that? The Coordinator doesn’t do the work…the people do! A good Coordinator will strive to give away all the jobs. A good Coordinator does not set him/herself above people, but instead lifts other up and encourages others in their gifts.
- Once the state assembly is fully functioning and has been verified by The Federation of States to be functioning as its own independent nation-state, the Coordinator role sunsets.
- Any Chairmen of a Committee is a Spokesperson only. They guide the meeting along to make sure all ideas are heard, and progress is made, which is really a group effort.
- An assembly of free people does not mean that any one member is less or more important, although there are some among us who have more skills to share, and who may lead in various areas by merit and proven trustworthiness.
- Any offices and positions that we have, are offices and positions of service.
- Then comes the Assembly Chairman who is then the Speaker for the Assembly. The Chairwoman or Chairman speaks the will of the people according to what the people have expressed. The people are the Committee of the Whole.
- The Chairwo/man has their opinions like everyone else and they may sometimes disagree with the will of the Assembly, yet it is the Chairman’s duty to pronounce that the Assembly has its free will, except that it is accountable to the Public Law and Custom of our country (American Common Law).
- The true purpose of all Assemblies is to protect the people and their property in both in-state issues (State Nationals), and in international affairs (State Citizens).
- Note: because our States are nation-states, the words “international” and “interstate” are synonymous.
- The single biggest struggle for each of us is that we’ve spent an entire life learning the rules of a fraudulent government. Many of us have changed over fairly easily, and we want to spend our time guiding you to the same and similar place. To do so, we must post this disclaimer, and you’ll see why…
