Biography of Anna and James

Anna von Reitz is a great grandma in Alaska. In her early life, she realized that “lying” was not useful, and it “just didn’t feel good”, so she chose to always be truthful and factual about everything.  Combined with her innate talent of being able to study and recite Law speak and legal jargon, Anna ventured to be a student and researcher of Law.

Anna’s skills led her to serve as a justice of the peace in her own national (state) jurisdiction court on Alaska. When any court case dealt in other jurisdictions, like international law, she would then serve on behalf of the “nation state of Alaska” in the role of “judge”.

Anna is an amazing expert in keeping Law / legal verbiage and titles straight, and knowing which ones are the good guys and bad guys.

Anna is married to James Clinton Belcher (pronounced “bell-share“). They had discovered that James has direct lineage to William of Normandy, known for the 1066 A.D. Norman Conquest which ended the British Monarchy. Because of James’ proven lineage, he accepted the role as our American “Head of State“.

In 1998, Anna, James and their Living Law Firm (200+ members) began research of Common Law and legal systems. They confirmed that the only true American government (1776-1861) was the people themselves.

The Law team also exposed a massive crime of slavery being committed on living people since 1861. Thanks to modern tools of communication, they were able to piece the crime-puzzle together, and presently provide various remedies.

Anna is now the Fiduciary for The United States of America (that’s our genuine title) which is Unincorporated.

Anna describes her Fiduciary role

article 3554. “A true Public Fiduciary is a specialized banker working in the jurisdiction of land and soil where all durable assets exist; it is hands-on work, something that you learn by doing, more like a trade or a craft than a profession, so in addition to the work itself, I am tasked with teaching many others to serve.”
