Federation – explained

 

We have established that our American Counties together are called the Union States.

 

Each Union State is a nation-state, and together, these Nation-States created a portal to interface internationally with the outside world called the States of the Union.

 

And yet, they needed a tool to act specifically in the realm of international business and diplomacy, and in the realms of commerce and trade in Land, Sea and Global jurisdictions. 

 

That is why the Federation (unincorporated) was created on September 9, 1776 just 67 days after the Declaration of Independence.  Each nation-state is a member and owner of the Federation.

 

A “Federation” is the same idea as the “Federation of Planets” in the Star Trek story.

 

This Federation was given delegated powers by the Union States to be a business construct to operate in global commerce and international trade (Land, air and water jurisdictions).  The Federation was the tool that enabled the people of this country to speak with one voice in these international and global affairs.

 

The Federation was established under the name The United States of America (Unincorporated)

to represent the people’s interests abroad, and, exercise the International Powers of Government for America.

 

The name “The United States of America” was copyrighted under American Common Law.

 

 

1. Counties (all together) = a Union State
2. Union States (all together) = Nation-States (or States)
3. States (all together) = dba, The United States

 

1. States of the Union = Land jurisdiction (all other International powers sent to the Federation).
2. Federation = dba, The United States of America = Land, Sea, and Global Jurisdictions.

75 years later…

 

Soon after the 1861 “Civil War” began, the Federation became inactive, and the people eventually stopped assembling. That “war” was a purposeful distraction by the British to invade our country’s capitol, Philadelphia, and take over our affairs without anyone knowing we had been invaded.

 

The Federation always holds the power to call the States back into session.

 

137 years later…

 

In 1998 our Federation became active again. Eventually, they found that the “birth certificate” has been putting babies in a foreign status, secretly. Only corporations force licenses and taxes, etc. on their “entity” employees. They have misidentified us as their employees to prey on us.

 

Because of this discovered fraud, the Federation has been assisting the living people in correcting their status to American State Nationals (ASNs).

 

In 2019 the Federation called for each of the fifty states to stand up their assemblies… and we did.

 

A year later, those same people (ASNs) were called upon to consider voting the 17 western territories into statehood. Only the people have that power.

 

Starting in 1861, the incorporated “Congress” had no powers to convert any territories into states. The 17 territories from Kansas (1861) to Hawaii (1959) were never states. The people’s assemblies were not in session to do it until 2020.

 

In 2020, those of us with corrected status voted “yes” to convert those same territories to States, and on October 1st, 2020 we finally had 50 actual States for the first time in history.
